YIN YOGA

Yin Practice (50 min duration)

A slow & still form of yoga focusing on the fascia & deeper layers of connective tissue in the body. Poses are held for longer periods of time designed to improve mobility & flexibility and a deeper connection to self.

RESORATIVE YIN

Restorative Practice (50 min duration)
Indulge in the best of both worlds with our yin restorative class, a harmonious blend of gentle stretching and deep relaxation. In this 50-minute session, you'll have the freedom to choose your own path, whether it's diving into a soothing stretch or surrendering to pure relaxation in long-held poses. With options to cater to your needs, this class offers a nurturing space for you to unwind, release tension, and find balance within.

Come as you are and let the healing flow of yin and restorative yoga wash over you, leaving you feeling replenished and rejuvenated.

FLOW & RESTORE

Gentle Flow & Restorative Practice (50 min duration)

Embark on a journey of mindful movement and deep relaxation with our Flow & Restore class. We begin with gentle, flowing movements that will awaken and energise your body, allowing you to connect with your breath and find a sense of ease and fluidity. As you move through this gentle flow sequence, you will cultivate strength, flexibility, and presence, preparing your body and mind for the nourishing practices to come.

We then transition into a restorative or yin yoga practice. Sink into supported postures designed to release tension, promote relaxation, and restore balance to your body and mind. With the support of props and a focus on surrendering into the postures, you'll have the opportunity to let go of stress and tension, allowing your body to soften and open at its own pace.

Experience the transformative power of blending movement with stillness in a nurturing and supportive environment.

Mumma & BABY ZEN

Gentle & Inclusive Practice (50 min duration)
A gentle class for mother and baby. Specifically focused on antenatal and postpartum wellness, designed to support and nurture and allowing time to connect and include your baby while bringing a sense of calm to your inner-self.

A space to find some stillness within your day.

Suitable for all levels
Mother and baby class.
Please note that it is not suitable to bring prams to the class. Your baby will be joining you on the mat, please ensure you bring what makes you feel most comfortable for them to lay on.

STRETCH & RELEASE

Stretch Practice (50 min duration)
Step into a sanctuary of stillness and surrender with our Stretch and Release class.

In this session, we invite you to intentionally slow down and tune into your body's needs. A class solely focused on stretching, offering a dedicated space for you to release tension, lengthen your muscles, and rejuvenate your body.

Through a series of gentle and deliberate stretches, you'll have the opportunity to deeply connect with your breath, quiet your mind and restore balance to your body. Allow yourself to let go of the stresses of the day and sink into a state of relaxation and renewal as you stretch your way to a more fluid, flexible, and grounded self.

Calm & Centred

Guided Breathwork Practice. (50 min duration)
With busy lives, comes busy minds. Reduce your stress and slow down with a guided breath work practice to quiet your mind and bring peace to your body and soul.

This is your weekly check in with yourself to support your nervous system, gain clarity and let go of the stressors in your life.

This is class is suitable for everyone in all stages of life and ability.

FAMILY BREATHE & MOVE

Guided Breathwork Practice for families. (50 min duration)
What if teaching our children to focus on their breath could help them regulate their emotions, improve their focus or help them with their overall well-being?

We teach our children about the importance of diet, sleep and moving the body but we often times forget to teach them about something that they do every day, every hour, every minute and every second. Something that comes naturally to everyone. BREATHE! It’s often the last thing we look at, if at all, yet it’s the most impactful thing we can teach our little people.

A 50 minute class where we spend time unwinding with our little humans, teaching them practical and simple skills to use when they feel their emotions are too big for their bodies. As parents, what we are supporting is calm nervous systems, the ability to self regulate, better sleep habits and deeper connection to our small humans.

This is class is recommended for children 4 years and over.

ZEN MUMMA RETREAT

A Nurturing Immersion (90min duration)

Zen Mumma is a safe and supportive space for all women. From fertility, pregnancy, postpartum and beyond - whatever side of the wave you're riding, learn how to find stillness within the chaos. 

A beautiful, immersive practice includes asana, pranayama, meditation & some time to gather with chai and treats to complete the journey
